  • We help visionary leaders harness technology for impact.

Koru Labs is a future-focused innovation studio pioneering the use of AI and emerging technologies to solve global challenges - especially in climate, energy, sustainability, and learning.

From early-stage ideation to product launch and growth, we work with startups, institutions, and global organizations to build meaningful, scalable solutions. Whether we're designing custom AI tools, developing educational platforms, or supporting climate tech ventures, our goal remains the same: to turn innovation into impact.

  • Where We Come From

Koru Labs began as a grassroots initiative exploring how AI and climate solutions could intersect—and scale. Since then, we’ve grown into a full-spectrum studio delivering cutting-edge products, advisory, and educational experiences.

Our work spans climate startups, academic programs, government-backed pilots, and global conferences. We bridge technical depth with entrepreneurial agility.

  • How We Work

Our approach is collaborative, user-centered, and impact-driven:

    • Initiate: We begin with discovery—understanding your goals, challenges, and users.
    • Develop: We co-create tools, products, and systems using agile, iterative development.
    • Enhance: After launch, we gather insights, iterate rapidly, and help you scale what works.

We partner with clients through consulting, product development, speaking engagements, and educational programs.
