With CIPPIC, co-authored a legislative brief that was submitted to the Standing Committee on Industry and Technology (INDU) Study on Opportunities, Risks, and Regulation of AI in Canada’s Strategic Industries

Through a volunteer role with Our Children's Trust, conducted legal research for environmental litigation in Canada, USA, and Africa. Drafted legal documents and performed legislative tracking. Provided recommendations on the organization’s AI policy that were integrated and rolled out firm-wide.

Through a Pro Bono Students Canada placement with Indigenous Climate Action, supervised by a lawyer from Othuis Kleer Townshend LLP, co-created a legal toolkit and training including summaries of laws and resources for Indigenous peoples

With MIT Sloan professor John Sterman, explored the net climate impact of AI through a system dynamics lens. The research framework has now been embedded in the En-ROADS climate policy simulator.

Explored the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in climate tech venture investing. Selected to present at Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance (YISF) Annual Symposium.

Created and taught Sustainable AI course and AI for Energy Solutions course at MIT (supported by MIT Energy Initiative and Sloan Sustainability Initiative). Over 1,000 people from across industry and academia applied to be part of the courses. Courses received grants and were selected to be recorded by MIT Open Learning.

Co-developed a simulation game about climate entrepreneurship and AI as part of a U.S. Department of Energy project that helps startups and climate innovators navigate complex federal energy incentives and programs. The tool uses large language models to simulate decision-making scenarios and provide strategic feedback, helping users align innovation pathways with real-world funding and policy opportunities. Piloted game at ARPA-E Summit.

Wrote articles about climate tech for Forbes, Climate Capital Insights and Linkedin. Topics included quantum computing applications to climate, sustainable finance, climate policy, and more.

Led and co-instructed Climate Angels, a pioneering educational program on climate tech angel investing with team members from Terra and 500 Global, and speakers and mentors from Lowercarbon Capital, MCJ Collective, Earthshot, Planeteer Capital, Climactic, etc.

Developed multiple AI tools (policy analysis, location targeting, market analysis, etc.) that were piloted in MIT's Climate and Energy Ventures class (which has had 60+ spinout companies and $5B raised) and beyond.
